    yeah i think this might be a wise move, i think it might benefit a lot of people.

    maybe we should plan what we intend to shoot. ie wideshot tests, close up, backlighting, objects, people that sort of thing.

    nows the time to scower the web for lighting techniques and try them out.

    that was cool didn;t see the 3rd character coming.

    Lots of compositing going on there aswell. Its totally believable.

    Hi emmet bud, missed you at last meet n greet, we have put together a dvd of all shorts, we gave it out to actors and crew members that took part in any of the films to date at last meet n greet. Let us know when your around and we’ll pop one out to you.

    i would agree in most part with sean there, i think that once you know what you are gonna shoot, ie what type of cranes, dolly etc that you might require to make the shot look great, you then can start to take into consideration what type of equipment to use. I would be partial to the HDCam myself, i think its the future, 35mm and 16mm while they are great, are an aging technology, the future is bright, the future is digital!

    its also worth noting, as adrian said above, it would work out cheapeer to do a 35mm transfer, taht way you can shoot piles of video tape without worrying about going over budget.

    great source for monologues but it may be a bit too much to choose from, i will continue to select good monologues and stick em up here, likewise any one else know of any good ones, now that you know where to get them all, stick em in!
