Hi there!!
I’m new to the forum after finding a leaflet at the recent Drop- D gig in Cyprus Avenue on Tues 6th Feb.
Sean I believe I even introduced myself to you on the night by accident (had been looking for Mark)! Anyways, I’m just in for a nose and see if any film directors are looking for an actress (that being me) or perhaps a band, Nassau (that being the band I manage). Anyways my cv is up in the actors section and if you wanna hear some of Nassau, log onto http://www.nassau.ie.
Other than that, well done to all involved in creating this forum and website… it’s great to have a Cork based online film production community.

Hi emmet bud, missed you at last meet n greet, we have put together a dvd of all shorts, we gave it out to actors and crew members that took part in any of the films to date at last meet n greet. Let us know when your around and we’ll pop one out to you.

My name’s Gemma. I’m 23 and from Cork City. I’m currently in that post college limbo phase where I’m pottering around and trying my hand at different stuff. That stuff mostly being film related. I did film studies in college but it was all essays and the only practical aspect was that I did some editing. I have made a couple of student films with friends though, and partook in the Kommando film competition. Basically I would love to help out on any film set where help is needed! I do like organising stuff (!) so I’d be more than happy to help organise any films, and sure if anyone’s desperate for actors, I’ll hop in front of the camera too haha!
I have a half-baked script too that shall be transformed into a wonderful film at some stage. I may come hunting for actors if anyone’s interested….
