Yep, really delighted about this one. We hope you are too, I personally think it will be a great boost for egomotion members, and a great way to draw crowds to screenings of both international and local talent, providing even more exposure of your shorts.

I might note, that if you are keen to get your flick screened at one of these events, make sure and let us know.

This project needs a project manager. We should meet up, the whole lot of us to discuss and plan what we are going to shoot when instead of waiting on calls, I’m afraid most of us, I think we are all guillty of this one, are missing each others calls, and its kinda on the fly we need a camera today its an emergency, which is NO-ONES fault. but if we art gonna get this in the can so we can start putting it together we need to treat it properly with a schedule and a plan.

    whos with me?!

    FREEDOM! :fartbig:

Hi Doreen, good to see you so ambitious, just a question? any news on the script, is it the original one or have you done a rewrite of any kind? I would strongly recommend that you organise a read through of the script from start to finish with a few actors. If the script is not ready then the film could suffer.

It would need at 4 or 5 good rewrites to be good enough for a feature film, im afraid, thats not a reflection on you of course, i’m speaking in general terms about all scripts, every scriptwiter will have to rewrite his/her film that many times before it starts to shape up and the characters start to come to life. A film cannot be shot on premise alone.

Best of luck with it and if i can help out in any way let me know, my forte is editing, but it depends on which format your gonna shoot it on?

we will be holding a meet n greet soon and would be delighted to screen your film at that, we can have a 10 minute Q&A session afterwards with likeminded filmmakers.

If you are in a hurry though we would recommend the roundy house, thats where we host all our meet n greet, screening nights now. Upstairs they have a private fuction room complete with preojector and sound system, just make sure and bring your own dvd player and (yellow red blue) av cable (PS dont forget your remote control- ruined a good night for us one night). You will have to organse it a couple of days or a week in advance and generally on a week night as the bar is used on the weekends.

You could use the firkin crane as we have done but need to bring your own projector and screen, plus they will charge you for the privilage.

how about a weather man telling the weather in a storm (dunno where we’re gonna find on of them) right,

and we hide off camera chucking huge bucket fulls of water at him. he eventually gets fed up and says

    "I need a new Job"

The farmer one sounds good but when his second boot comes off and he steps in shit he should look at the camera. A thought bubble pops up

    "I need a new Job"[/color:24029]
