Cool! Saw the making of this on tv last week!
Anyone going over? New York audiences are fantastic especially with horror films. I went to see a mainstream horror (can’t remember the name) it’s was a load of crap but the audience actually turned it into a an enjoyable experience.
AdrianMemberThey seem to adding updates on twitter too. Im guessing the informant is the opening/closing flim? Who knowsQ
AdrianMemberI’ve decided to hold off and take my time with mine. Looking for to seeing your Gemma and the others!
AdrianMemberI’ve decided to try and do one. If ye need a hand or anything let me know.
AdrianMemberGreat night! Left in a hurry did’nt get a chance to say it then. The quality of the shorts was really high. Some of the standout ones for me were:
Hatch
by Damien McCarthyBottle
By Fiona O’RiordanDriving Test
By Sean BreathnachPork Pies
Daniel O’ConnellAlso enjoyed the one with the spoons.
AdrianMemberThat is a cool shot alright, haven’t seen that film in years.
I have an idea for a short that would involve something similar to this shot from Casino, http://www.steadishots.org/shots_detail.cfm?shotID=37 . Basically the same shot except in reverse. Don’t know if it’s possible though? Anybody here done anything similar to it?
AdrianMemberLooks cool and it looks like the sword training has finally paid of for Frank!
AdrianMemberSome good stuff on there alright but Atonement isn’t there?

A memorable continuous five-minute steadicam shot recreating the Dunkirk evacuation during WWII. The shot used over 1000 extras and had to be completed in one day due to budget constraintsThey did four takes of it on the fourth take the operator’s legs gave in and they had to stop.
AdrianMemberAny thoughts on doing some sort of directors blog or even a twitter page, during the production?
The art work looks great. Good luck with the shoot.
AdrianMemberThis sounds cool. Love to help out in some way. ” title=”Very Happy” />
