The Irish Film and TV industry received a welcome boost yesterday as Cork City and County Councils announced plans to establish the Cork Screen Commission.
Representing an immediate investment of €100,000 in the region’s indigenous film industry, the Commission will be the primary point of contact for companies working or intending to work on location in Cork. The Cork Screen Commission will be managed by Cork Film Centre, on behalf of the City and County Councils. The new Cork Screen Commission will have its headquarters at the old Gunpowder Mills Centre in Ballincollig, Cork.

    deadly buzz!

could be a game changer of enough people heard about it,

really wish itunes made it easier for independent filmmakers as it is with independent software developers, i think thats the proper way forward, as it already has millions of users setup with credit card accounts.

Well Im not no expert with ADR, but usually i record my adr myself with a simple boom mic preferably in the location where the scene was shot to try and match the natural reverb, its very hard to make dialogue sound like its supposed to in post unless you know what your doing with it.

Just record the lines loadsa times and pick the one that fits best with the scene.

No fancy equipment or studio required. <img loading=” title=”Confused” />
