Im looking for a sound recordist, preferably with their own equipment – ie. Boom, Mic, Hairy Harry cover, Marantz or similar type portable digital recorder. Filming in June.

I have my own MBox and Pro Tools for editing. Don’t have any of the recording equipment but I could try to sort something out if the position is still available.

    The camera probably looks familiar because it’s Ruperts <img loading=” title=”Razz” />
That’s actually his arm on the right of the pic

Can I have any details of what’s being shot? Is there a production schedule?

My email is barry (a) obrienbarry * net

    Hi Barry
first scene is in the corridor of the Commons Inn where the talent sits and reads his newspaper, eats an egg and looks over some crime scene photos – there’ll be a voice-over over the footage so sound would consist of a wildtrack of cafe sounds, clinking cups etc.

Second scene (if i can get the location) is in a hotel toilet where the actor gets a phone call. theres about 2 minutes of dialogue here where the actor wil leave gaps for the other actors lines.

I’m trying to do the film with the minimum of paperwork, no schedules, shot lists etc.
meeting at st finbarrs cemetary tomorrow morning at 10 if you want to come along.
