KeymasterHey everyone,
So I’m looking at making a little horror film I wrote (2 mins long). I don’t have a budget – but this thing is minimal. I plan on getting it done in time for the Cork Film Fest. I’m looking for a sitting room – something with character. I’m not looking for a normal sitting room – but something like these:http://www.ottawahouse.org/media/2008%2 … 20room.jpg

The first one is my fav! Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find a room with character? Any hotels? Or public buildings around Cork? I’m going to go do some location scouting, but if anyone has any ideas then I’d appreciate hearing them!
Thanks” title=”Smile” />

KeymasterGot two day’s worth of footage in the can, and am working on the edit of this short horror film – "Th3 Room". So far so great
” title=”Smile” /> A big thanks to Paraic and Ruth who have both been brilliant, and also to Donogh, Damian and Claire for your help with location and fab set decoration. I’ll keep ye posted as to how things are progressing

KeymasterEdit is coming in around 5 minutes – but still plenty to do. I’m working on the colour grade at the mo. Here’s an origional shot from the second day shooting:th3room-orig.jpg[/attachment:3t4idsb2]
And here’s a graded shot, with breath added:th3Room-cool.jpg[/attachment:3t4idsb2]
I’ll put up a trailer once I get this done – got lots more grading to do, and lots on sound too. But it’s all good.

Keymaster"Th3 Room" has now been edited, graded, and sound-tracked and is currently winging it’s way to the Cork Film Festival office where I hope it will be greeted with open arms and a kiss on the lips.
Thanks to everyone who helped out with this – and to the cast and crew – it has been a great experience and I can’t wait to show people this film.
