A friend of mine asked me to post this. It is short notice I know but it might interest someone and do pass on the word.

Looking for male actors for a film that’s to be shot over an 8 day period in July or August (TBC over the next 2 weeks). We’d only need the actors for a day or two days or four days depending on their characters. The Breakdown is as follows:Mr. R’s 1st Henchman – Tough looking character, late 20’s-early 30’s
Mr. R’s 2nd Henchman – Tough looking character, late 20’s-early 30’s
Mr. B’s 1st Henchman – Tough looking character, late 20’s-early 30’s
Mr. B’s Henchman – Tough looking character, late 20’s-early 30’s
Mr. R – Boss, slick looking – late 30’s-early 60’s
Barman – Any type, early 40’s-late 50’s
Shakin’ Stevens – Long hair, scruffy looking, early 40’s-early 60’sThe casting is on thursday 10th of June between 1-3pm in the CAT Club (Cork Arts Theatre), Carrolls Quay Cork. I would like to point out that this movie is unfortunately unpaid but you will get a copy of the movie in a timely fashion we’re gonna try and put it in the film festival so there’s a chance for some exposure as well.
(Because I’ve put this up at such short notice I’m sure it would be ok if you just poped along, I’ll be there anyway so you can blame me

Yeah great turn out for such short notice. Couple of folk from here too. I’m not heavily involved in it, just helping out my friend who wrote and is directing it (and its an all male cast
” title=”Sad” />). One of the Paddy O’Shea’s from here is shooting it I think.
Shooting is end of July. When I get the dates I’ll post it up, others might like to get involved.
