So I am sending out a location call again, though this one could be difficult. I am going to film a short I wrote a few years back: "Searching For Ten". It won filmmakersnetwork.ie film of the month at the time, and I have done a little work on it since. Finally I feel it is time I took this one on. So I am looking for a writers room, something like this

    or this

or this (no I am not Hemingway mad!)

Any suggestions? Perhaps there are hotels in town that might fit the bill? Or any house owners out there that might be willing to let me film a couple of short scenes? Or any house available for shortterm rent that someone might know of?

In fact, a guest house might be ideal as there are scenes from the hall, sittingroom, bedroom and outside. If anyone wants to read the script just PM me.

    All suggestions welcome!

    Thanks

Hadn’t thought of that! Actually I might have a place sorted. Funny how quickly things can move once you put up a post here on egomotion!

and if you miss that, check out the Cork Film Festival Fringe in the Pav on Tuesday at 9:30, where you’ll get a chance to see "Th3 Room" along with several other great films from Cork directors
