[quote:lt766sg3]This Wednesday, 10th February, sees the opening of The Spiral Season in the Studio at The Granary Theatre on The Mardyke.
First up is Cork director Eoin Ó hAnnracháin’s Falling Slowly which runs from the 10th-13th of February at 6.30pm with tickets just €5!
Falling Slowly, set in Cork is a contemporary tale of friendships and relationships being put to the test. A modern Cork love story just in time for Valentine’s Day.
With an all Cork cast and good helping of Cork humour Falling Slowly will engage and entertain as it tells the story of singleton Mark (Seán McNally) who doesn’t like complications and thinks he’s better off without them. Needless to say complication finds him.
Drama comes initially in the form of Karen (Mary-Louise Mc Carthy), with further surprises in store for Mark when an old friend Tim (Timothy O’Mahony) helps turn his life upside down.
On this emotional rollercoaster even the seemingly perfect relationship shared by Mark’s closest friends, Daniel (Mark Cosgrave) and Emma (Marie O’Donovan) is put to the test.
At just €5 this is the perfect start to a night out in Cork in the lead up to Valentines Day.[/quote:lt766sg3]
