    Hey Everyone!!:)

I’ve written a short film script -”Best Seller”- a horror short film which Paraic and myself hope to work on in early September. We’re looking for any crew members who would like to be involved in it. It will be shot a small distance outside of Ballinaspittle in a big woods.

The film-”Best Seller”- is about a group of individuals who coincidentally meet in this woods all for the same reason- to see the set of their favourite novel- an unpopular horror book. So, they start to think they all have something in common, in that the book is so unpopular. However, strange things start to happen as they stay in the woods. During the night a re-enactment of a scene from the novel takes place. . .

I want it to be as freaky as possible, a bit of a shocker!

Have a read of the script below!! Anyone who wants to be involved with it, contact either Paraic or myself!!:) Thanks for taking the time to read this!!

picked one up second hand for around €1,200 from the manufacturer in California…

was looking at a few different rigs but this one seemed the best and also the better value, now all I’ve got to do is make use of it!

hmm, tomorrow, I think I’m free… what format are ye shooting on? ‘cos I’ve only got a PDx10 so would need a camera for the rig and what weight are the camera’s?

sony fx1E, same size and weight as the one in the pic, for testing we’d probably shoot standard DV. just curious about how it handles, smoothness, etc.

I only got it last month so haven’t really had much chance to test it myself with other things going on but of what I have done it seems a pretty good rig…

oh and I’ve no transport so would need a lift over…
