Unless the recession causes spending in network development from RTE.
It’s near the End of 2008 and as far as I’m aware they haven’t awarded the contract for the necessary infrastructure to go Digital yet . It would take at least a year ( more likely 18months ) to physically build it . so unless they make an anouncement in the next couple of months they’ll miss the necessary target dates to hit it.
